What you will do
- Lead development of core growth features including referral and affiliate programs, pricing optimization, and public tier tools.
- Drive growth experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven optimization of conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to identify and implement growth opportunities spanning multiple domains.
- Shape frontend architecture, UI standards, and internal design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to product quality, system health, and continuous improvements.
- Contribute to engineering culture by sharing knowledge and reviewing code.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work from anywhere.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
- Experience in growth domain challenges such as referral systems, conversion optimization, and experimentation frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze experiment results and track key metrics.

- 7+ years of relevant experience with leadership in frontend initiatives.
