What you will do

• Lead development of core growth features including referral and affiliate programs, pricing optimization, and public tier tools.
• Drive growth experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven optimization of conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate across teams to identify and implement growth opportunities spanning multiple domains.
• Shape frontend architecture, UI standards, and internal design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to product quality, system health, and continuous improvements.
• Contribute to engineering culture by sharing knowledge and reviewing code.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work from anywhere.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
• Experience in growth domain challenges such as referral systems, conversion optimization, and experimentation frameworks.
