What you will do

• Derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions and improve game features.
• Challenge assumptions and identify high-value areas to scale games effectively.
• Contribute to product analytics goals including data democratization.
• Partner with Product Managers, Game Designers, Developers, and Analysts to set success metrics and monitor feature impact.
• Design and conduct A/B tests to understand gamer behavior.
• Hire and onboard new team members.

Requirements

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights with positive results.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to query non-relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker.
• Proficiency in R or Python programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Experience in product optimization.
• Knowledge of gaming industry is a plus but not mandatory.
