TL;DR

What you will do
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud services.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and performance.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide cloud-based solutions and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in Portugal.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS, EKS).
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong software development skills in at least one language (Python, Java, Go).
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certifications.
- Experience with other CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD or CircleCI.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile methodologies.
