What you will do

• Lead the development of bold, contemporary creative concepts across campaigns, brand communications, events, and digital platforms.
• Drive and evolve the visual identity of hirify.global Tech.
• Oversee all visual output, ensuring excellence and consistency across formats.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to align creative ideas with business objectives.
• Inspire, manage, and mentor a team of designers and external creatives.
• Organize and optimize the workflow of the design team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative/marketing industries with a strong focus on visual storytelling.
• A portfolio showcasing creative leadership and campaign-level design work.
• Deep understanding of branding and visual strategy.
• Experience working with or leading creative campaigns for the European market is a plus.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in web development and/or motion graphics.
• Knowledge or working experience in the iGaming and/or B2B sectors.
