What you will do

• Analyze problems and gather requirements with the game development team.
• Develop modular solutions for game mechanics and APIs.
• Refactor legacy code into a modular architecture.
• Research and implement new approaches for game feature development.
• Optimize CPU/MEM resource usage and improve network code efficiency.
• Create and maintain developer documentation.

Requirements

• C++ (5+ years): Solid knowledge of the 17+ standard and popular libraries.
• Software Design: Ability to write maintainable code and knowledge of design patterns.
• API Development: Design intuitive solutions for developers.
• Backend: Confident knowledge of server technologies and Linux.
• Multithreading Experience: Experience with threads and understanding of coroutines.
• Networking: Knowledge of IP, TCP, and UDP.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of code.
