Position: Senior C++ Developer
📌 Project
A Straight-Through Processing (STP) system within the company’s global trading platform: a set of services responsible for trade processing and connectivity to external trading venues. You’ll join a small, effective team working closely with business stakeholders (including US-based teams).
📌 What you will do:
◼ Engineer and implement enhancements for STP services (trade processing & venue connectivity)
◼ Develop and maintain C++ components in a high-quality, production-grade trading environment
◼ Collaborate with technical teammates and non-technical business teams to deliver reliable solutions
◼ Work with message-driven integrations and database-backed services
📌 Tech stack:
C++17, MS SQL Server, Git, FIX, Swift, MQ
📌 Requirements:
◼ Hands-on experience with the FIX protocol
◼ BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline
◼ 7+ years of C++ experience (Windows or Linux), solid OOP + good testing practices and code quality
◼ 5+ years of financial industry experience (preferably Fixed Income)
◼ Strong multithreading skills
◼ Experience with message brokers (e.g., MQ)
◼ Database application development with SQL / relational databases
📌 Nice to have:
◼ Experience building high-throughput, low-latency, resilient systems
◼ Post-trade and clearing knowledge
◼ Python / JavaScript
◼ FpML protocols
