Location: Izmir, Turkey or Barcelona, Spain with relocation support to Izmir and work permit sponsorship in Spain (no relocation to Spain).

What you will do

• Define the technical direction and mentor a team of game developers while contributing daily to the codebase.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from ideation to launch, designing and optimizing game mechanics.
• Lead development of complex gameplay mechanics, systems, and custom tools.
• Balance rapid prototyping with long-term code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Manage and inspire a small team of developers in the studio.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Game Artists, and Marketing teams to create engaging gameplay experiences.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Izmir, Turkey; work permit sponsorship available for Spain but no relocation support.
• English: Application and communication in English required.
• Strong programming skills in Unity and C#.
• Experience shipping live games with good understanding of game design and user experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
