🦄 Description
Sperasoft is looking for a talented and experienced Middle to Senior 3D Vegetation Artist who can create different types of plants and organic assets, including trees, bushes, grass, and more. If you are passionate about vegetation creation and want to be part of a great team working on a new IP, we are waiting for you.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and create real-time vegetation assets following the full 3D pipeline (modeling, sculpting, texture creation, retopology, UV) in Unreal Engine 5
• Develop plant sets for different biomes
• Analyze, plan, and gather references; work with concepts and guidelines
• Ensure proper integration of assets considering technical and gameplay constraints
• Obtain Lead Artist guidance and approval when required
• Continue improving artistic skills and learning new software and tools
• Coordinate with Senior and Lead Artists, mentor Junior 3D Artists, and share best practices
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment

📚 Required Skills
• Experience in vegetation modeling in the game industry
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling tools used in vegetation production (3D Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, SpeedTree, or Houdini)
• Strong understanding of texture creation tools (Photoshop, Substance Designer, or Substance Painter)
• Experience with any game engine such as Unreal Engine 5 or Unity is a plus
• High-poly sculpting in ZBrush is a plus
• Good understanding of modern pipelines and game development requirements
• Strong teamwork skills
• Creative, collaborative, and innovative mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

👍 Nice to Have
• Advanced ZBrush skills
• Strong SpeedTree or Houdini experience
• Experience integrating vegetation assets into UE5
• Experience optimizing assets for performance
