What you will do

• Assess and optimize existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and digitalization opportunities.
• Design, recommend, and implement digital tools for collaboration, automation, and analytics.
• Develop and execute change management plans, including training sessions and user documentation.
• Manage assigned digital transformation projects, including partner relationships and budget.
• Engage with stakeholders to align initiatives with business needs and gather requirements.
• Support clients with relevant government grant applications and engage with government agencies.
• Monitor adoption metrics and prepare reports on project impact and ROI.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation or process optimization.
• Expertise in implementing and managing digital tools for collaboration, automation, and analytics.
• Strong background in project management, from planning to delivery.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
