What you will do

• Build and train deep learning models that power trading strategies.
• Develop machine learning techniques for large models, nonstationary datasets, and competitive multi-agent environments.
• Work with researchers, engineers, and traders to architect systems and run trading strategies.
• Analyze market data, tune hyperparameters, debug distributed training performance, and study model behavior in production.
• Build fundamental understanding for applying machine learning to new markets and situations.
• Hire colleagues, attend conferences, and teach machine learning techniques to teammates.

Requirements

• Practical experience working on empirical machine learning problems.
• Logical and mathematical problem-solving ability.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in state-of-the-art research across machine learning domains.
• Fluency with a versatile range of models and techniques, including approaches from language models, image models, reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, or classical machine learning.
• Hands-on coding skills in Python and a preferred machine learning framework.
• Fluency in English required.
