What you will do

• Lead and organize the art team and workflows.

• Participate in R&D decisions and integrate AI tools into pipelines.

• Provide art direction and creative leadership.

Requirements

• Must have relevant Senior or Lead experience in game art development.
• Onsite work in Kyiv office near Pochaina metro station.
• Strong understanding of art creation pipelines.
• Confidence in using AI tools to speed up routine tasks.
• Ability to organize and inspire a creative team.
