What you will do

• Create and set up project assets and master materials within Unreal Engine.
• Optimize project content to ensure strict quality and performance requirements are met.
• Implement, adjust, and refine materials using both node-based and HLSL techniques.
• Maintain and support existing projects based on production needs.
• Collaborate daily with the Art Director, Producer, and Lead Artist to achieve visual goals.

Requirements

• Strong professional knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 and PBR workflows.
• Hands-on experience with shader creation (node-based and HLSL).
• Basic knowledge of industry-standard 3D software and rendering pipelines.
• English: B2 level required.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and apply feedback efficiently.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing Unreal Engine for mobile platforms.
• Deep technical understanding of shader optimization pipelines in UE 5.x.
• Ability to create technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.
