Что делать

  • Create, configure, optimize, and analyze advertising campaigns on VK, OK, Facebook, Google, Yandex, In-App networks, video networks, DSP networks, and others.
  • Develop strategies to achieve and exceed client goals.
  • Participate in building relationships with traffic acquisition partners.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous improvement of campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the team on creative development, testing, and rotation.

Требования

  • Experience in Game Dev User Acquisition or Media Buying for mobile games monetized by in-app purchases.
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate and test hypotheses to increase LTV and revenue.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level for communication with platform representatives.
  • Experience with analytics systems (BI, Tableau) and using Python/SQL for data analysis.
  • Good understanding of web technologies and web/mobile advertising principles.
