What you will do

• Develop and implement the company’s BI & Analytics strategy.
• Design and enhance BI reporting including dashboards, recurring reports, and custom queries.
• Build and maintain internal analytics infrastructure and automate analytics processes.
• Create and optimize predictive models such as ROAS and LTV.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, monetization, publishing, and finance departments.
• Develop and implement new tools to enhance products, including AI and ML technologies.
• Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize user acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Lead Analytics Specialist or Head of Analytics.
• Previous experience in game development.
• Strong understanding of product and marketing analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics and experience with A/B testing.
• Proven ability to lead teams and hire new specialists.
