What you will do

• Act as the primary on-camera representative and ambassador for regional video and stream content.
• Plan, host, and execute regular live streams on Twitch, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the Community Team to engage the Russian-speaking World of Tanks community in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Moldova.
• Produce and support high-quality video content aligned with brand standards.
• Analyze content performance and seek continuous improvement.
• Attend offline World of Tanks events as required.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lithuania (Vilnius).
• Native-level Russian language skills and professional English proficiency.
• Deep experience as a dedicated World of Tanks player with strong gameplay knowledge.
• Experience creating content for Twitch and YouTube platforms.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and produce high-quality content with short turnaround times.

• Experience presenting live streams and gameplay content.
• On-camera charisma and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of video and stream production and project management.
• Community management experience.
• Technical knowledge of streaming and video equipment setup.
