What you will do

• Take ownership of solution design for backend systems powering payment products.
• Design and maintain AI-native and cloud-agnostic architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business needs into architectural designs.
• Guide cloud migration and infrastructure evolution.
• Conduct architectural reviews and technical assessments.
• Proactively identify technical debt and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years in architecture roles, ideally in fintech or high-availability distributed systems.
• Proven experience designing scalable backends in AWS or hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on background in backend development, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of event-driven systems and microservices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD is strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
