What you will do
- Be the first line of communication for professionals and customers in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.
- Act as a product expert, helping users understand and navigate the offerings.
- Manage inbound calls and respond to customer emails using the Zendesk ticketing system.
- Proactively make outreach calls to pitch and sell marketplace subscriptions to potential leads and existing users.
- Ensure customer queries and concerns are resolved efficiently and within the Turnaround Time (TAT).
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting international customers (voice/email/chat).
- Prior experience in outbound sales, with the ability to engage prospects proactively and drive conversions.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Bengaluru, India, from 5:00 AM IST – 2:00 PM IST
