What you will do

• Shape the future of data architecture, ensuring databases are optimized and secure.
• Define and drive the evolution of Oracle database development across OLTP and OLAP systems.
• Plan and deliver complex database releases, ensuring performance and reliability standards.
• Lead a small team of developers, guiding them in best practices for design and optimization.
• Integrate Oracle data flows with modern pipelines and AI workloads.
• Focus on performance tuning and process improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Solid understanding of OLTP and OLAP systems.
• Experience with high-availability systems and performance diagnostics.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data warehouse design principles and ETL integration.
• Familiarity with AI or analytics workloads.
• Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of PostgreSQL or cloud-managed databases.
