What you will do

• Partner with discipline leads to determine the time and people necessary to complete projects, while also improving and developing processes.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and roadmaps, considering dependencies across multiple development teams.
• Collaborate and align with the UEFN team and game teams regarding their product and technical needs, driving stakeholder management and touchpoints with these partners.
• Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders.
• Partner with multiple leaders to understand and balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines, and lead scope conversations and scenario planning.
• Manage both internal and external resources as they pertain to resource allocation, budget forecasts, and actuals.

Requirements

• Experience with AAA games or game platforms from concept to release.
• Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in creating and delivering complex projects.
• Ability to lead roadmap planning activities, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, and resourcing.
• Deep understanding of game or platform development, software development process, and project management practices.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders within your team and throughout the company.
