What you will do
- Play a key design role on a team making world-class games as a service
- Design game systems, monetization features, quests, and content
- Collaborate with artists and programmers to implement design ideas
- Use playtests and metrics to refine your work
- Mentor and provide feedback on sustainable live-ops design
- Pitch creative ideas for new features and projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a live or systems game designer
- Expert knowledge of free-to-play game design fundamentals
- Advanced understanding of game metrics and KPIs
- Proficient English with strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and meet deadlines in a creative environment
- Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
