What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks
• Strong understanding of rendering performance, caching strategies, and responsive design
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid experience working with REST and GraphQL

Nice to have

• Experience in planning and allocating team resources efficiently
• Understanding of design principles and user-centric development
• Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and deployment strategies
