TL;DR

Senior Manager, Servicenow IRM Ecosystem (Fintech): Develop and optimize ServiceNow for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) across Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Internal Audit (IA) processes. Focus on designing end-to-end solutions that support enterprise risk assessments, audit engagements, and incident management, while driving adoption, innovation, and measurable value.

Location: Hybrid work schedule, expected to spend at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office in Atlanta, Georgia, or Houston, Texas.

What you will do

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of ServiceNow workflows.
  • Oversee agile delivery practices, manage product backlogs, and define actionable requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement AI and automation opportunities to simplify cross-enterprise risk workflows.
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking ServiceNow roadmap and communicate vision to stakeholders.
  • Oversee testing protocols and lead change management efforts for platform improvements.
  • Drive user engagement through education, documentation, and training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CFA desired.
  • 7–10 years of experience implementing and managing GRC/IRM platforms in financial services.
  • ServiceNow experience highly preferred; experience with Archer, MetricStream, AuditBoard, or similar platforms will be considered.
  • Deep understanding of risk frameworks, audit methodologies, and control functions.
  • Proven success in agile methodologies and project management.
