Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, Python, and AWS.
• 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams.
