What you will do
- Assess and improve troubleshooting processes impacting customer experience.
- Troubleshoot hirify.global machines and support non-routine failures.
- Provide guidance on installations and preventative maintenance.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts via phone and email.
- Support upsell inquiries and communicate opportunity areas back to the company.
- Schedule service calls and assist partners with contract questions.
Requirements
- Ability to learn hardware and software systems for effective troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in independent judgment and decision-making.
- Multitasking skills for managing calls, emails, and tickets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus.
- College degree preferred.
