Salary: €90,000–€110,000 per year

What you will do

• Ship AI solutions from ideation to production with significant autonomy.
• Define technical approaches and make architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify product opportunities and champion them.
• Optimize performance and scalability based on priorities.
• Stay current with AI/ML developments and evaluate their adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in developing production-grade AI agents, MCP servers, and tooling for agents.
• Deep understanding of using AI technology, especially LLMs/NLP, to solve practical problems.
• Backend experience (Node.js or Python preferred).
• Strong proficiency in AI/ML libraries, RAG, vector databases, and graph databases.
• Cloud platform experience (preferably GCP).
• Self-directed problem solver with strong product sense.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be based in Helsinki, Finland for hybrid work, or willing to relocate to Finland with visa support.

Nice to have

• Docker/Kubernetes experience.
• Java backend experience.
• Data engineering and ETL pipelines experience.
• DevOps/CICD experience (MLOps/LLMOps).
