What you will do

• Represent hirify.global as a Records Management and Information Governance Subject Matter Expert.
• Engage with customers to guide them through adopting the hirify.global platform.
• Understand customer's business goals through communication and problem solving.
• Create and maintain hirify.global’s standard solution designs.
• Train customers and team members on using hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with other technical consultants in the team.

Requirements

• Experience or Certification in: Records Management, Business Information Systems or Data Cyber Security.
• 3-5 years of experience implementing SharePoint and ECM/EDRMS solutions.
• 1+ years experience working as a consultant in a client facing environment OR considerable customer service background.
• Australian Citizenship Required
