What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to closing candidates
- Build candidate pipelines and source the best talent
- Provide world-class candidate experience
- Guide Hiring Managers with insights and data
- Identify gaps in recruitment and implement solutions
- Work on employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hiring technical positions
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously
- Experience in promoting the company on social media and events
- Analytic, data-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
