• Guide Hiring Managers with insights and data

• Work on employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hiring technical positions
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously
• Experience in promoting the company on social media and events
• Analytic, data-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
