Associate Solutions Architect

TL;DR

Associate Solutions Architect (Cyber Security): Supporting Solution Architects in pre-sales engagements and designing client solutions with an accent on technical product portfolio understanding and proposal generation. Focus on capturing business requirements and influencing new technical developments within cybersecurity markets.

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila. Hybrid set-up (2 days onsite per week).

What you will do

• Provide support to other Solution Architects for completing scoping questionnaires with clients.
• Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.
• Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including generating customer proposals.
• Support Sales and Accounts teams to nurture new business wins and retain existing business.
• Capture and provide customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products.
• Provide input to new technical developments and approaches within our markets.

Requirements

• Experience in scoping and designing client solutions is required.
• Cyber Security knowledge with evidence of the ability to learn and understand challenges and solutions.
• Ability to aid colleagues with visualising, conceptualising, articulating problems, and constructing solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Information Security related degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Willingness to understand technology and processes related to Security Operation Centres.
• Experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black, and Crowdstrike.
