What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers to develop scalable configuration modules in NetScaler Console.
• Architect and build robust, scalable, and secure solutions for configuration management.
• Develop a comprehensive SSL certificate management system that automates the entire certificate lifecycle.
• Work closely with product managers, cross-functional engineering teams, and QA to define features and validate functionality aligned with customer needs.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues swiftly, ensuring minimal impact on their operations.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence across the team.

Requirements

• Strong programming experience in C++, Python.
• Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL).
• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization.
• 8 to 12 years of proven, hands-on development experience in building and maintaining production-grade software solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL is an added advantage.
• Experience with network programming protocols such as WebSockets for building real-time, bidirectional application is a plus.
• Certification as a Scrum Master will be considered an added advantage.
