What you will do
- Lead the development of core systems for 's SaaS accounting platform.
- Architect, optimise, and maintain data-heavy solutions for financial reporting.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to deliver features.
- Identify and resolve performance issues at scale.
- Mentor and support the growth of engineers.
- Contribute to codebase reliability through documentation.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production software.
- Comfortable working with Rust and eager to deepen expertise.
- Hands-on experience or interest in TypeScript and frameworks.
- Curiosity about crypto and accounting.
- Experience with OLAP databases like ClickHouse.
- Clear communication in English and collaborative mindset.
