• Lead the development of core systems for hirify.global's SaaS accounting platform.
• Architect, optimise, and maintain data-heavy solutions for financial reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to deliver features.
• Identify and resolve performance issues at scale.
• Mentor and support the growth of engineers.
• Contribute to codebase reliability through documentation.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping production software.
• Comfortable working with Rust and eager to deepen expertise.
• Hands-on experience or interest in TypeScript and frameworks.
• Curiosity about crypto and accounting.
• Experience with OLAP databases like ClickHouse.
• Clear communication in English and collaborative mindset.
