• Align program execution with leadership and organizational objectives.

• Lead transformative strategies to elevate customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional support programs.
• Strong track record of building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Expertise in driving organizational alignment between Account Management, Customer Success Management, Sales, Partners, and internal Support teams.
• Deep understanding of customer support trends and best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience leveraging data and KPIs to inform strategy.
• Ability to lead change and innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
