What you will do

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Regional Recruiters.
• Build innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Drive adoption of the "Hiring For Success" framework through training and data analysis.
• Partner and collaborate across global teams to ensure alignment within the People Team.
• Empower a data-oriented recruiting team to deliver on hiring targets.
• Create and deliver programs to improve diversity, process, and strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 4+ in the technology industry (preferably SaaS/Product companies).
• Experienced working in a high-growth/fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of leadership/mentorship experience.
• Demonstrated ability devising and leading talent strategies.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with business leaders and internal partners.
• Proven experience using data analysis to drive business decisions.

Nice to have

• Global recruiting experience is desirable.
