About the Role

You will support the recruitment team in identifying and hiring top talent across functions and geographies. You will engage candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain accurate records in the ATS, assist with onboarding and offer letters, and help post job advertisements across platforms. You will research talent markets and hiring trends to inform sourcing strategies. You will map talent pools for critical positions and support onboarding documentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
• Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Curious proactive and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn job portals social media platforms referrals and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling of interviews
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Support the creation and posting of job advertisements across various platforms
• Conduct research on talent markets compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring trends
• Map talent pools for critical and niche positions
• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation processes
