• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from identifying the problem to implementing scalable solutions.
• Good at analyzing problems and using data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and track performance.
• Excellent communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Passionate about building from the ground up, with a strong bias toward action and intensity.
