What you will do

• Champion modern engineering practices including TDD and CI/CD workflows.
• Drive backend feature delivery and shape the technical roadmap.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and scalable architecture.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
