Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (90% remote work allowed from Germany)

What you will do

• Develop secure, durable, scalable, and flexible software solutions for the Fintech space.
• Lead small to medium development efforts and champion technical excellence among peers.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations to ensure successful integration into test and production environments.
• Coach and mentor other application developers on new skills and technologies.
• Participate in iterative prototyping with respect to project requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience, exposed to all phases from design through production support.
• Development experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and NoSQL databases.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be located in Germany (ideally in Berlin).
• Familiarity with agile development methods.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS.
• Previous experience in fintech or digital banking.
• Experience in product management.
