What you will do

• Collaborate with the storefronts team to define the technological roadmap for the website.
• Make key decisions on stack and architecture for hirify.global’s website.
• Lead the migration from HubSpot CMS to a new system, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions for the website, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve the website’s performance and user experience.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of hands-on coding projects.
• Notable experience in managing, integrating, or migrating content management systems, such as HubSpot, Strapi, or similar.
• A strong vision for how modern websites should be built and the ability to execute on that vision.
• Comfortable leading architectural decisions while implementing solutions yourself.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, translating ideas into functional code.
• Pride in writing efficient code to optimize website performance, security, and functionality.
