What you will do

• Monitor cloud resources to identify and resolve performance issues, errors, and outages.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for cloud services and escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams.
• Manage service requests for cloud provisioning, modifications, and decommissioning within defined SLAs.
• Support implementation of infrastructure changes and maintain accurate configuration records.
• Develop automation solutions using Python or PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud technology roles.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hirify.global Cloud platforms.
• Relevant certifications in at least two cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
