What you will do

• Develop innovative tools using AWS, Databricks, PySpark, Airflow, and Tableau
• Apply statistical methodologies including Bayesian modeling to evaluate performance and uncertainties
• Implement and architect scalable machine learning pipelines for marketing and product functions
• Design and develop solutions in a CI/CD environment
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership within the team

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada
• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics
• Strong statistical background with experience in Bayesian modeling preferred
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS tools
• Experience with full-stack data science including software engineering principles
• BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or related field; advanced degree preferred
