What you will do

• Plan, manage, and execute localization projects for diverse markets and languages.
• Coordinate translation workflows and oversee localization testing.
• Align localized materials with global standards and local cultural expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver localized assets on time and with consistent quality.
• Establish best practices, monitor performance metrics, and continuously improve localization processes.

Requirements

• Strong translation and localization skills, including accurate and culturally appropriate content adaptation.
• Localization testing and quality assurance skills covering language, functionality, and user experience.
• Globalization and internationalization skills for scalable, multi-market content and systems.
• Clear communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Project management skills to plan, track, and deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in Localization, Linguistics, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with localization tools, CAT tools, and content management systems.
• Background in business transformation, change management, or related fields.
