Mobile Developer (React Native)

Location: Remote, Romania

What you will do

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and Kotlin.
• Design responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, usability, and compatibility across devices and screen sizes.
• Implement monitoring, analytics, performance tracking, localization, and multilingual experiences.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React Native and solid knowledge of Android SDK.
• Experience with Kotlin and strong understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience developing and maintaining Android mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude in day-to-day software development.
• Skills in prompt engineering, AI-assisted problem solving, and validation of AI-generated code and content.
• Experience applying AI across the SDLC while balancing automation with sound engineering judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience with iOS SDK development.
• Knowledge of cross-platform mobile architecture and best practices.
• Experience with application analytics and monitoring tools.
