Multimedia Designer (Motion Design)

Location: Remote; candidates must reside in Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.

Salary: $50.00–$80.00 per hour W2, depending on experience and geographic location. A 1099 contractor arrangement may be available for candidates with an established business entity.

What you will do

• Produce explainer videos for high-tech clients.
• Create internal videos, clips, and executive communications that support thought leadership and storytelling.
• Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches that improve audience engagement and clarity.
• Collaborate with writers and project managers to translate messaging into compelling visual stories.

Requirements

• Strong experience in motion design and animation, including proficiency with tools such as After Effects.
• Video editing and storytelling skills, including pacing, sequencing, and narrative development.
• Experience translating abstract, technically dense topics into clear videos and animations.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, visually compelling stories while maintaining accessibility.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience creating short-form, engaging video content for enterprise audiences.
