Communications Specialist Animal Health

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon - Paço de Arcos, Portugal

What you will do

• Own and optimize internal communication channels, including EURAM SYNC Page updates, Veeva Engage, and newsletters.
• Manage senior leadership communications, including SVP Town Halls, Leaders’ Connect sessions, and executive-ready briefings.
• Integrate and standardize social media content to amplify EURAM priorities.
• Coordinate communications for Mid-Europe and facilitate resource sharing and consistency across markets.
• Establish shared content pipelines and calendars for CRDs, trainings, and social media to reduce duplication and improve content reuse.

Requirements

• Proven experience in communication coordination or a related field.
• Strong understanding of internal and external communication channels.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media content management and governance.
• Experience with crisis communication coordination and media surveillance.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
