Global Project Manager Retrofit Solutions (M/F/D)

Location: Marchtrenk, Austria; international travel approximately 10–20% of the time.

Salary: €47,547–€56,000 gross basic salary per year for full-time employment, depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Act as the central contact for international Customer Units developing marketable retrofit solutions.
• Plan, manage, and implement internal projects supporting the global retrofit business.
• Coordinate interfaces across Customer Units, the Competence & Delivery Center Retrofit, Innovation & Technology, and other stakeholders.
• Collect, structure, and prioritize market requirements, translating them into development and improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical consulting and knowledge transfer, and participate in customer projects.
• Promote standardization, best-practice exchange, and knowledge building within the global Retrofit Sales Community.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Strong project management skills and a structured, independent, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting in an international setting.
• Technical interest and understanding of customer-specific solutions.
• Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally approximately 10–20% of the time.
