Proactive Service Engineer (M/F/D)

Salary: minimum gross basic salary of €47,547 per year for full-time employment; higher salary may be offered based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Monitor client systems proactively to identify and prevent issues.
• Set up and further develop monitoring solutions.
• Maintain system security and currency through patches and preventative measures.
• Develop recommendations and ideas for stable, secure, trouble-free operations.
• Provide clients with practical recommendations and contribute to continuous process and service improvement.

Requirements

• Technical IT background gained through training, professional experience, or both.
• Day-to-day experience with operating systems and familiarity with Oracle and IT security.
• Previous experience managing IT systems in a client environment.
• Reliable, proactive approach with attention to both business benefits and technical considerations.
• Confident communication in German and English.
