Support Advisor (Financial Services)

Location: Spokane or Spokane Valley, Washington

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience and performance; team-based incentive compensation is available.

What you will do

• Support Lead and Service Advisors with data gathering, financial modeling, case design, scenario building, plan development, and presentation materials.
• Enter and maintain client information across planning systems, including Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, Morningstar, and other tools.
• Process client requests, research inquiries, resolve questions, and keep documentation and suitability information current.
• Prepare, finalize, submit, and track account paperwork, service forms, new business applications, and applicable securities or insurance applications.
• Assist with client meetings, including preparation, follow-up, note-taking, and post-meeting tasks; participation is not in an advice capacity.
• Work with internal roles and external clients and maintain relationships with outside organizations.

Requirements

• Securities registration required: 6/63, 7/66, or 7/63 and 65.
• Life, Health, and Annuities registration required.
• Customer service orientation or experience; 3+ years is preferred.
• Previous financial services experience is desired.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high-quality work during frequent interruptions.
• Ability to protect sensitive and confidential information.
• Basic understanding of hirify.global Financial products and services.
• Planning and organizing, analytical thinking, client focus, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
• Must be able to represent the organization with external clients and cultivate relationships with outside organizations.
