Senior Content & Video Producer (Technogym Studios)

Location: Cesena, Italy; onsite at hirify.global's headquarters

Annual gross salary: €60,000–€75,000, based on experience, technical skills, and responsibilities, under the applicable CCNL Metalmeccanici.

What you will do

• Manage hirify.global Studios productions, including multi-camera direction, audio, lighting, LED walls, recording, post-production, and graphic integration.
• Produce, edit, and adapt video content for digital, social, streaming, and other brand channels using professional cameras and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Wellness Institute, Content Factory, and other stakeholders on interviews, podcasts, educational content, events, corporate communication, and brand storytelling.
• Plan and support product photo shoots and visual content for marketing and digital communication.
• Manage the corporate content library through archiving, cataloguing, and asset retrieval.
• Oversee live-streaming delivery and maintain studio production infrastructure in coordination with suppliers, technology partners, Procurement, and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Video Producer, Senior Content Producer, Head of Video Production, or equivalent in broadcasting, production houses, creative agencies, streaming platforms, or advanced digital environments; experience in Fitness, Sport, Wellness, or Health is preferred.
• Strong professional audiovisual production experience covering multi-camera direction, cinematography, lighting design, audio management, and post-production.
• Ability to independently manage the complete production process from planning to final delivery.
• Experience in product photography and strong aesthetic sensibility for composition, lighting, styling, and brand enhancement.
• Knowledge of content production and distribution for social media, digital platforms, and streaming environments.
• Hands-on, results-oriented approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to turn creative concepts into effective communication and visual content.
• Native-level Italian or equivalent.
• English at least C1 level is required for interaction with international guests, partners, and stakeholders.
