What you will do

• Collate and summarize information and write first drafts of straightforward content for print and websites.
• Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital product and service design.
• Support brand management, external and internal communications, and a range of project management activities.
• Test new products and services against defined features, functionality, and impact.
• Support product development, engineering activities, client-situation analysis, and data-driven product and service improvement.
• Conduct routine coaching activities, needs assessments, and operational tasks in line with organizational policies and regulatory codes.

Requirements

• Ability to create, summarize, and communicate information clearly, concisely, and professionally in multiple formats.
• Ability to research and interpret data, trends, benchmarks, and customer needs.
• Ability to understand and apply systematic problem-solving methods to complex or contradictory information.
• Ability to support product and service development, testing, project management, and data-driven analysis.
• Ability to follow organizational policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct, obtaining authorization for exceptions.
• Customer focus, accountability, sound decision-making, organizational awareness, and the ability to manage ambiguity.
• Willingness to learn relevant technology, external regulation, industry best practices, and innovative methods through ongoing education and coaching.
