What you will do

• Collaborate with leaders to define the long-term vision and roadmap.
• Drive activities to deliver on hirify.global’s vision and align product strategy.
• Present the roadmap to strategic prospects and customers.
• Collect and leverage customer feedback for expansion opportunities.
• Lead strategic business-level initiatives across departments.
• Mentor and grow other PMs, contributing to product management best practices.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of Product Management experience, ideally in DevOps.
• Deep knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Able to analyze market trends to inform product strategy.
