Senior Graphic & Multimedia Designer (Medtech)

Location: On-site in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; occasional travel for trade shows, conferences, and business meetings.

Annual salary: $85,000–$95,000, plus eligibility for bonus/incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of print, digital, and video marketing materials for product launches, campaigns, events, and educational initiatives.
• Create product collateral, presentations, digital advertisements, social media graphics, videos, emails, and landing pages.
• Apply Mammotome’s global brand standards consistently across campaigns, events, digital channels, and promotional materials.
• Manage product photography and video shoots with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Oversee print collateral production, inventory management, and asset availability in the marketing portal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications plus 5+ years of experience; alternatively, 5–8+ years of professional graphic design and multimedia experience without a degree.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, and video projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating motion graphics, video content, and multimedia assets for digital marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout design, branding, and digital best practices.
• Ability to travel occasionally for key trade shows, conferences, and business meetings.

Nice to have

• Previous healthcare or medical device marketing experience.
